Chapter 42 The chef the Chen family hired had actually come by yesterday. Last night, the Chen family even saw him off to the village entrance. It was agreed he would come first thing in the morning to manage things, but they waited and waited, and no sign of him. Thinking he might be running late, they didn’t worry much.
